Refunds will be offered if you cancel 48 hours ahead of time. For any reason if you cancel in that time period we do not offer refund, but will give you a chance to reschedule for a different date. 

If you need to reschedule before cancellation time frame you can go on your original booking confirmation email and choose another day and time.
